A mountain holiday for pre-teens.

Family holiday in the mountains with a pre-teen? That can be exciting! So it's good that we have thought about including enough space in the hotel for the big ones too! After all, holidays should be a great experience for older children too. No worries - here at the Alpenhof we have the best recipe against boredom, wrinkled noses and little squabbles: plenty of outdoor experiences of nature, challenging action and cool holiday fun. First and foremost, it’s a matter of making friends, enjoying space, trying out new things. Then once back at the hotel, tired out and with lots of new experiences, being TOGETHER with the family is mostly very nice. And otherwise there is still the Funny Box, our pre-teen lounge, which is great for chilling out...

kSupervision for pre-teens during the summer months

In the summer holidays pre-teens are riding high at the Family Home Alpenhof. The adventurous activity programme makes the holidays super exciting for our over 9s! There’s loads going on: riding and rafting, climbing and trips to the high ropes course. There’ll be lots of material for funny posts and heaps of likes. So it’s buckle up, and off we go!

Sit back, hang out, have fun with cool kids of the same age... and just let the parents be parents for once. That's what it’s all about in the Funny Box pre-teens lounge. Be it early morning or late evening, come sunshine or rain, there’s always something going on here... and it can also be a bit noisier than at home! Air hockey, table football, watching funny online clips or Tik-Tok together... plus the coolest sounds.
