All prices are calculated per person and per day.

Included in the all-inclusive package:

Breakfast buffet, lunch buffet, afternoon cake buffet, evening meal with salad buffet, children’s buffet, non-alcoholic drinks from the fizzy fountain all day long (cola, lemonade, orangeade, orange juice, ice tea and apple juice) as well as tea, coffee and cocoa from the buffet.

General terms and conditions in accordance with article 1341 ZGB (Italian Civil Code), which apply to accommodation agreements between the accommodation company Alpenhof Family Hotel and guests.

1. Cancellation in accordance with article 1382 ZGB
In the event of cancellation up to more than 30 days before the agreed arrival date, 10% of the booking amount can be retained as an administrative fee, the rest of the down payment shall be refunded.

If a cancellation is made 29 to 14 days before the agreed arrival date, 50% of the booking fee shall be charged.

If a cancellation is made 13 to 7 days before the agreed arrival date, 70% of the booking fee shall be charged.

If a cancellation is made 6 to 0 days before the agreed arrival date, 80% of the booking fee shall be charged.

The agreed price includes accommodation, board and other booked services.

2. Regulation in the event of early departure
In the event of early departure, the guest shall be liable for payment of the days spent on holiday and for payment of 100% of the agreed price for the remaining services that are not made use of.
